1. We email the selections to you every morning usually before 7.30am so you can hopefully have them before you go to work.

2. You can access them in the members area of this website if you do not get the email or leave before it arrives. Please note this is only available to fully paid members and is not available on the free 2 week trial period.

We give you a quick overview of yesterdays results so you can compare your results against ours and also a brief overview of the days selections.
