out the terms and conditions of the Betting Exchange Bookie service.
We have broken the terms into easy to read sections so you can
navigate to the area of interest quickly.
Subscriptions
Your monthly, quarterly and annual subscription costs will automatically be
taken from your credit card or Paypal account at the
same time each week, month or 3 month period dependant on the
type of subscription you have taken out. If you have subscribed
weekly it will be taken every 7 days. You
are responsible for canceling the subscription should
you wish to leave Betting Exchange Bookie. This is easily done
through PayPal or via the members area before
your next payment is due. Refunds will not be given
under any circumstances
should a payment come out of your account because you have forgotten
to canel the agreement.
BEB Auto software
Our software has been thoroughly tested and we beleive it is working as designed. We are not responsible for loss of connection to either the Betfair API or your ISP with regard to internet connection. If for any reason the software does not perform as stated because of an error with either a customers internet connection or the Betfair API, Betting Exchange Bookie nor ie-software (the software designers) will be held responsible for any loss of monies.
Emailing
of selections
We will email the selections for the day every morning before
12.00pm (usually before 8.00am) to ensure selections are received
in good time for placing bets. The service only runs Monday-Saturday
and no selections will be sent on Sundays or Bank holidays. Selections
will also be made available online via the members area of the
website.

email and operate an opt-out policy with every automated email
we send to you. Should you wish to stop receiving emails for
any reason you unsubscribe via the members area of the website. THIS
DOES NOT CANCEL ANY PAID FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS.
Email
delivery problems
It is rare that we have problems delivering emails but occasionally
it will happen. If you have not received an email by 12.00pm
on a racing day the service operates on please access the selections
via the members area of the website. Spam filters or Junk mailboxes
can intercept emails by accident so please check there first
before contacting us.
SMS
text service
The SMS service is provided to give people on the move access
to our tips. It is designed as an additional product and not
a replacement for the main website service. Texts will be sent
around the same time each day as the emails and payment is provided
on a monthly recurring plan.
Downtime
Betting Exchange Bookie is run by humans who have human needs.
Occasionally we like to go on holiday to spend our winnings so
reserve the right to suspend the service for a period of time.
We will never suspend the service for more than 14 days and we
will notify you of suspensions well in advance. These downtimes
are included in the subscription cost so no partial or full refunds
will be issued. We reserve the right to suspend the service
for a period of no more than 5 weeks per year.
